Pipeline Construction and Module Assembly Center

CCG possesses and operates a cutting-edge pipe fabrication and module assembly facility, Alberta. this facility boasts comprehensive pipe fabrication amenities, a spacious lay-down yard, and dedicated areas for module fabrication and assembly.

Strategically located along Alberta’s “High Load Transportation Corridor,” our facility empowers CCG to cater to all project prerequisites and the unique demands of our clients. The entire establishment is meticulously designed and constructed to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our pipe fabrication capacity ranges between 15,000 to 25,000 diameter inches per month.

CCG’s fabrication shop accommodates diverse pipe materials, including carbon steel and alloys, up to 72 inches in diameter.

With the capacity to accommodate up to 25 modules at varying stages of completion concurrently, our facility can effectively handle project demands. Depending on module size and complexity, CCG’s throughput capacity can reach 20 modules shipped per month.

CCG boasts two modern pipeline construction equipment spreads that contribute to our current capacity. Additionally, we offer skilled inside plant construction, adeptly handling above and underground piping within oilsands mines, SAGD, and upgrader facilities.

Pipeline Integrity Solutions
